Wild Duck Hunting in Serbia

Duck Season (01 September – 31 January)

 

This region with its many swamps, marshes and small lakes carries heavy concentrations of wild birds. Driven duck on the lakes and rivers close to Danube is organised at places where this enormous river has created oxbow lakes and also where the Danube meets other tributaries like rivers Karas and Nera. Wild Duck hunt is organised from very early morning until midday and in the evening and this program need preferably  6-9 hunters.  The best time for wild duck shooting is Early September , and from Late December until late January. The river Danube with its many channels, ponds and valleys provide some of the largest wintering grounds for migrants. This region offers the opportunity to shoot very high number of birds per day, which you can choose from 8 species of duck (Gadwall, European Teal, Mallard, Pintail, Garganey Teal, Southern Shoveler, Common Pochard, Tufted duck) and 2 species of geese (Bean goose and White-fronted goose).

 

We offer  daily package for each hunter in group of 6-9 to bag:

  • 3 Wild Duck + lunch for 150 Euro
  • 6 Wild Duck + Lunch for 200 Euro
  • 9 Wild Duck + Lunch for 250 Euro
  • 12 Wild Duck + Lunch for 300 Euro

Wild Duck over agreed bags are charged 30 Euros each

 

With this hunt we provide:

  • One guide and one dog on 3 guest hunters that will retrieve and pick up birds and carry ammunition and refreshments.
  • Ground permit to enter hunting areas
  • Organisation of hunt
  • One 4×4 in hunting area with licensed Hunting guide in charge of hunting day
  • Hunting licence to shoot in Serbia for foreign hunters

 

Driven Duck Shooting  (15 September to 15 November)

We are  also offering programs for driven duck for  groups of  min 8 hunters where each duck is charged 18 Euros per day for min 500 ducks per day per group and each hunter also need to pay on the top of bags 150 Euros per day for organisational fees, guides, beaters, pickers, dogs and 4×4.

Extras for both Wild  High Duck and Driven Duck: 

Airfare to Belgrade,  Minibus Airport Transfers, Transportation during Hunting days , Serbian Hunting Licences,  Accommodation and food (Half Board),  Alcohol, Ammunition, Gun hire (30 euro per day), Custom fees for temporary importing guns in Serbia (25 Euros), Airports fees for gun handling, Tips.
